Istraživanje PropTech Srbija pokazuje da se očekuje da će tehnološke inovacije u oblasti big data i analize podataka, Interneta stvari, poboljšanja performansi zgrada i angažovanja kupaca imati najznačajniji uticaj na lokalno tržište nekretnina.
